Most of our spaces rent on one-to-five-year contracts with escalations stated upfront in the offer sheet. Longer terms are negotiable for anchor tenants and fit-out-heavy uses like F&B.
It varies by listing — core-and-shell, semi-finished or fully finished. Every offer sheet states the handover condition, utilities and any landlord contribution before you visit.
Our fee is one number, stated in the offer sheet before you visit — no hidden charges, nothing added at signing.
Finished spaces can be handed over within two weeks of signing. Shell spaces depend on your fit-out — we’ll give you a realistic timeline, not an optimistic one.
